PROJECT: WWTP Fermentation and Odor Control Project The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans. Description: The addition of a fermentation tank scum overflow wasting pipe, upgraded mixer motors and electrical, and the addition of scum busting pump and spray nozzles. Reason for Change Order: To implement improvements to the fermentation tank in an effort to eliminate the potential for scum and foam accumulation in the fermenter.
