Re: Parcel: R8464630010 3135 S BLACK CAT RD
The above referenced Parcel is not serviceable by the City of Meridian's municipal sewage collection or water distribution
systems at this time.
Although Main lines are currentlymaster planned to serve this area, existing utilities are not within reasonable distance for
connection. As of this date,there are no plans in the near future for water or sewer main line construction.
