MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN
CITY OF MERIDIAN (OWNER) AND JUB ENGINEERS, INC (ENGINEER)
This Task Order is made this 151 day of October, 2014 and entered into by and between the City of
Meridian, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho, hereinafter
referred to as "City", and accepted by JUB ENGINEERS, INC, hereinafter referred to as "Engineer"
pursuant to the mutual promises, covenant and conditions contained in the Master Agreement
(Category 2e) between the above mentioned parties dated October 22, 2013. The Project Name
for this Task Order 10023.h is as follows:

FY 2015 ON-CALL MASTER PLANNING SUPPORT SERVICES
PROJECT UNDERSTANDING
The City of Meridian has requested J -U -B provide on-call sewer master planning support and
modeling services for the CITY's sewer model and reuse water model.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
SECTION 1 — ITEMS TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY TO J -U -B
1.1 Provide on-going review of J -U -B's work and timely considerations of policy issues within a
time acceptable to the CITY and J -U -B.
1.2 Updated annexations, land use and other planning information in suitable base mapping
format.
1.3 Most recent sewer system and re -use water system GIS data, as well as other GIS data
needed for the modeling work.
1.4 Information about sewer and reuse infrastructure that has been constructed, but not yet in
GIS.
1.5 Specific information on private development projects requested to be reviewed.
SECTION 2 — SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY J -U -B
J -U -B's scope of services is specifically limited to the following:

Task 2.1 Sewer Master Plan and Modeling -Call Support Assistance
2.1.1 Prolect Management and Meetings -Prepare monthly project updates, project
management, billing summaries and coordination with project team and City staff.
2.1.2 On -Call Assistance Sewer Modeling and Master Planning Support - Provide on-call
assistance as requested by the City which may include the following:
1) Sewer Modeling Assistance and Training: Address any sewer modeling
questions, perform modeling updates or maintenance activities, model software
updates, and provide training to Public Works staff as specifically requested.
2) Master Planning: Provide on-call support in the City's implementation of the 2010
Sewer Master Plan and subsequent planning modifications such as answering
general master plan questions, planning scenarios, flows, service area boundaries,
sizing, depths, GIS coordination, and routing of trunk lines, flow monitoring, etc.
3) Development Plan Review and Analysls: Provide reviews, analysis and
supporting model runs in the review of private development projects to support Public
Works staff. J -U -B will collate review comments and master plan impacts in a
summary memorandum for each significant review.
Deliverables:
I. Model modifications as needed.
II. Summary of on-call assistance provided in email format or sealed summary
memorandums at City's request.
Task 2.2 Reuse Model On -Call Assistance
2.2.1 On -Call Assistance — Provide on-call assistance related to reuse model including model
runs, service area scenarios, general questions, training requests, software upgrades
and other assistance as requested by the City.
Deliverables: 1. Summary of assistance provided in email format or formal
memorandum at City's request.
TIME OF COMPLETION and COMPENSATION SCHEDULE
The following schedule is based on a Notice to Proceed (NTP) from the City by October 2014 and
resulting in Final Services being completed by September 2015. A NTP issued on a different date
will change the schedule accordingly.

The Not -To -Exceed amount to complete all services listed above for this Task Order No. 10023.h
is twenty three thousand five hundred dollars ($23,500.00). No compensation will be paid over the
Not -to -Exceed amount without prior written approval by the City in the form of a Change Order.
The hourly rates for services and direct expenses shall be billed per the approved Rate Schedule
and Master Agreement (by this reference made a part hereof) and will be the basis for any
additions and/or deletions in services rendered. Travel and meals are excluded from this Task
Order unless explicitly listed in the Scope of Services AND Payment Schedule.
