HomeMy WebLinkAboutExecuted Task Order 10417.E Bowen Collins - Well 11 Well 17 Well 25 Controls ProgramingTASK ORDER NO. 10417.E Pursuant to the MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN CITY OF MERIDIAN (OWNER) AND BOWEN COLLINS $ ASSOCIATES (ENGINEER) This Task Order is made this � — day of November, 2014 and entered into by and between the City of Meridian, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho, hereinafter referred to as "City", and accepted by (BOWEN COLLINS & ASSOCIATES), hereinafter referred to as "Engineer" pursuant to the mutual promises, covenant and conditions contained in the Master Agreement between the above mentioned parties dated July 2, 2014. The Project Name for this Task Order 10417.E is as follows: CITY OF MERIDIAN CONTROLS PROGRAMMING - Well 11, Well 17, and Well 25 Control System Upgrades SCOPE OF WORK Our scope is to provide control panel programming services to start-up the new control panels that will be constructed and installed at the following sites; Well 11, Well 17 and Well 25. Task 1 - Programming Services • Program PLC and HMI and provide onsite start-up for Well 11 • Program PLC and HMI and provide onsite start-up for Well 17 • Program PLC and HMI and provide onsite start-up for Well 25 • Provide onsite testing of the 1/0 and operation at each site to verify proper operation Deliverables • Electronic copy of the PLC and HMI programs that are created and modified during the project. ASSUMPTIONS While preparing our scope of services and fee estimate, we have made the following assumptions: • On Site installation of new SCADA control panel, power quality monitoring panel, and all Instrumentation will be complete before BC&A integrator is called out to verify 1/0 loop checks and deploy programming. Task Order 10417.E Controls Programming - Well 11, Well 17, and Well 25 Control System Upgrades BOWEN COLLINS Page 1 of 2 TIME OF COMPLETION and COMPENSATION SCHEDULE The following schedule is based on a Notice to Proceed (NTP) from the City by Nov 15, 2014 and resulting In Final Programming completed by March 30, 2015. A NTP issued on a different date will change the schedule accordingly. COMPENSATION AND COMPLETION SCHEDULE Task Description Due Date Compensation 1 Programming Services 3/30/2015 22,000 TASK ORDER TOTAL $22,090 The Not -To -Exceed amount to complete all services listed above for this Task Order No. 10417.E is twenty two thousand nine hundred dollars ($22,000). No compensation will be paid over the Not -to - Exceed amount Without prior written approval by the City in the form of a Change Order. The hourly rates for services and direct expenses are per the Master Agreement (by this reference made a part hereof) and will be the basis for any additions and/or deletions in services rendered.
