Pursuant to the
MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN
CITY OF MERIDIAN (OWNER) AND DC ENGINEERING (ENGINEER)
This Task Order is made this 11h day of February, 2015 and entered into by and between
the City of Meridian, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho,
hereinafter referred to as "City", and accepted by fQC -ENGINEER INQ), hereinafter referred to
as "Engineer" pursuant to the mutual promises, covenant and conditions contained in the
Master Agreement (Category 7a) between the above mentioned parties dated September 18,
2012. The Project Name for this Task Order 10340i is as follows:

PROGRAMMING PROJECT
SCOPE OF WORK
Our scope is to provide control system software services, programming, and field testing which
will be used for monitor and control of the new water filtration system currently under
construction.
Task 1 — Process Development and Process Design Review
• Develop process loop descriptions
Task 2 - Programming and Offsite Validation Testing
• Modify existing Well 21 logic to interface with the new filter package
• Develop standard filter objects for Wonderware to be used on this and future filter
projects.
• Complete the SCADA HMI programming for the new systems
• Perform offsite testing to verify proper operation of PLC and HMI
Task 3 — Software Implementation, Validation, and Operator Training
• Implement programming efforts defined in Task 2

• Complete the Win 911 programming for existing system
• Validate control and monitoring system operations
• Provide Operator Training
Deliverables
• Initial process loop descriptions

• Electronic copy of the PLC and HMI programs that are created and modified during the
project.
ASSUMPTIONS
While preparing our scope of services and fee estimate, we have made the following
assumptions:
• Programming will be completed offsite
• Site construction design and drawings will be provided
• All field wiring will be complete prior to onsite testing
TIME OF COMPLETION and COMPENSATION SCHEDULE
The following schedule is based on a Notice to Proceed (NTP) from the City by February 15,
2015 and resulting in Final Programming and Startup services being completed by May, 2015,
A NTP issued on a different date will change the schedule accordingly.

The Not -To -Exceed amount to complete all services listed above for this Task Order No.
10340i is twelve thousand twenty dollars ($12,020). No compensation will be paid over the
Not -to -Exceed amount without prior written approval by the City in the form of a Change Order.
The hourly rates for services and direct expenses shall be billed per the approved Rate
Schedule and Master Agreement (by this reference made a part hereof) and will be the basis

for any additions and/or deletions in services rendered. Travel and meals are excluded from
this Task Order unless explicitly listed in the Scope of Services AND Payment Schedule.
