Description: 1. Revise pipe route for the gravity sanitary sewer lateral. (See WCD 001) 2. Change the horizontal metal siding, fascia and soffit panels to Cement Fiber Board. (See WCD 002) 3. Add Arc Flash Hazard analysis and installation of labels to all panels and service equipment. (See WCD 003) 4. Increase fence height from 6 feet to 8 feet. (See attached Quote) 5. Provide an exterior hose bib within the bulk storage tank enclosure. (See WCD 005) 6. Change Sodium Hypochlorite Transfer Pump suction piping and vent line between bulk storage tank and transfer pump to 2" diameter instead of 1"diameter. (See WCD 006) 7. Add a 20"x24" access panel in ceiling of existing building to allow access to the attic fan.
