The Contractor Is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Description: Additional Direct Reimbursable General Conditions past the original Completion date
which was established as March 31, 2015. The new estimated completion date is May 29, 2015.
The CM Fee remains unchanged.
Reason for change Order: Idaho Power and Intermountain Gas were over 4 weeks late removing their
overhead power and joint trench installations along with design problems.
