This letter is to certify that the gravity irrigation improvements for The Oaks South Subdivisions
Nos. 1 and 2 are complete. The system is private, and only a portion of an existing ditch was
piped. I also certify that the irrigation pond is 50 percent complete; the lining of the pond
remains to be completed.
