2004 and review mmmems mere received March 25, 21104. These review rarrnrtenls spedfiraly
addressed the sformwffier drainage system and do not allow using the stortnvrater pond with lift

1.2064. Attha[ mewing, ACHD personnel confirmed that the ACHD drainage poGoy does not
allow the pumping systems for stafmwater faeildres as designed for Sageland due to existing
topography.

• During this meeling and white teviewiRq mnditi0ns existing (tapographie limitations and high
gmundwatet} on the Sageland site, ACHD offered and rerammended that we investigate using
their n~ly adopted Roadside IMitbation Swale as a drainage des~n allemalhre. Thi3 design
altemative w3S only adopted by me ACHD Commission on FeDnrery 25.2004.
