Irrigation Letter
Mr. Stewart,
As owners of the Kentucky Ridge Estates Subdivision No. 3 we fully understand that existing
irrigation water delivery must be maintained through this development and that existing irrigation
water delivery points must be maintained as stated on the final plat and per Idaho State Code.
The proposed and constructed pressure and gravity irrigation facilities for this project have been
reviewed and approved by the New York Irrigation District and The Boise Project Board of
Controls.
We do not anticipate any delivery issues to the surrounding land owners and will work with them
to resolve any issues that may arise as the irrigation season begins.
