August, 2000, upon the Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension
within which ro submit the Final Development Plan as provided in § 12-3-6 B, and
good cause appearing:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time
i. e, until September 21, 2001, within which to submit the Final Development Plan
for the above entitled subdivision application.
