RE: Cl 4D371--Center Community Subdivision
Dear Mr. Crutcher:
Enclosed is one(1)set of plans showing the proposed new water facilities for the above-mentioned
project. 1 have reviewed and approved these plans as the qualified, licensed professional engineer
representing United Water Idaho Inc.
This new water line extension project is a simple water main extension that is connected to existing
water main facilities and does not require the addition of system components designed to control
quantity or pressure, including, but not limited to,booster stations, new sources, pressure reducing
000144
stations,or reservoirs;and continues to provide the required pressure and quantity for the system.
United Water's facility plan is not yet approved. As a result, the attached "Declining Balance
Worksheet,"is included to demonstrate the water system's capacity, with the addition of the above
referenced project,to maintain adequate service on maximum day with the largest production unit
out of service.
United Water Idaho agrees to serve the project under the rules and regulations of the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission and will own and operate the project after it is built and accepted for service,
therefore sanitary restrictions for drinking water may be lifted.
The enclosed plans and specifications comply with the facility standards and engineering standards
of care and are hereby approved for construction. If you have any further questions or concerns,
please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Sincerely,

Subject: Center Community Subdivision
Barry,
I was just looking at the plan you submitted for Center Community Subdivision. It appears that
Development Review will not need to look at this with the normal plan review process. This construction can
be handled directly through our permit department with application of a driveway approach request. The plan
for the driveway approach will need to be submitted with the request for the approach, and will be reviewed at
that time. The driveway approach request can be found at the following link:
http://www.achdidaho.or./Forms/Docs/Drivewa A•*roach Re•uest.•df
For final plat, there will be a $200 plat review fee, and then we need the normal associated reductions,
etc.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
