RE; Overland Park Apartments/Request for Land Use Change Application
Dear Wendy:
On July 7, 2014, I wrote a letter to Jaycee, City of Meridian City Clerk's Office; in reference
to their Transmittals to Agencies for Comments on Development Projects with.the City of
Meridian (CUP14-009); notifying her that a Land Use Change Application would be required
for this project; in order to protect NMID's Kennedy Lateral easement, The easement for this
facility is fifty-five feet (55');twenty-five feet(25') left and thirty feet(30')of centerline.
On the 9th of July 2014; Asst, Secretary/Treasurer Suzette Hewlett sent a Land Use Change
Application packet along with a letter explaining our procedures for filing it.
Yesterday (Feb. 25, 2015), I noticed large pieces of equipment working at this site. After
checking our files; I verified that to date no Land Use Change Application had been submitted.
Therefore I am asking you to please stop work on this project until NMID has received a Land
Use Change Application and reviewed plans. Failure to do so will result in NMID seeking
legal recourse.
