We have retained 5 acres of the land purchased from (ieorgc and Betty Boyack.
It is our goal to construct a home on this property before city services arc available.
We are presenting this preliminary drawing so as to'convey road layout and ]ot designation. We
are fully aware that ihis property is to be annexed into the city and at the time city services are
available, we will disconnect from well and septic, and proceed with planning nn the remaining 4
'/: acres and connect to city sorvic~.
i mysell'-JACK WTLSUN -went down to Planning and 7 Wing and approached a
members of d1e P&7 staff and a member of the Public Works Staff. We had a lengUnly
discussion on this matter as well as Meridian's future plans• Both people I talked to thought our
plan was acceptable and well within the plans of Meridians future. My wife, NANCY T30YACK
