We haue retained 5 acres of the land purchased from (ieorgc and Betty Boyack.
It is our goal to construct a home on this property before city services arc available.
We are presenting this preliminary drawing so as to bouvey road layout and ]ot designation. We
are fully aware that this property is to be annexed into the city and al the time city services are
auailable, we will disconnect from well and septic, and proceed with planning on the remaining 4
'/: acres and connect to city services.
1 myself'-JACK WiLSUN -went down to Planning and 7.oning and approached a
members oi'the P&7 staff and a member of the Public'Works Staff. We had a lenglJily
discussion on this matter as well as Meridian's future plans. Both people I talked to thought our
plan was acceptable and well within the plans of Meridians future. My wife, NANCY 130YACK
WILSON just wants to retain a small piece of her fathers farm which he has farmed for 40 years.
