WE OBJECT to the approval for the above Saguaro Canyon Estates Subdivision AS IT RELATES TO OUR 30-ACRE PROPERTY, with its current transitional provisions, and provide the following comments: 1) Farwest agreed with Larkwood Homeowners to cut and rework buildable lots bordering their properties from 27 to 20, a 25% reduction -with an AVERAGE square footage of 13,268. THERE ARE NO STREET STUBS PLANNED. 2) Farwest's latest plat revision provides 71ots bordering my property, with an average square footage of 10,407. AND THERE IS A STREET STUB PLANNED. 3) AMORE CONSISTANT TRANSITION TO MY PROPERTY, WITH A STREET STUB, WOULD PROVIDE FOR EITHER: a. 61ots with an average square footage of 12,142 -still far less than Larkwood's, or b. 5 lots with an average square footage of 14,570 -amore consistant transition into our Sincerely, Grant bbd Joyce Lee 5603 N.
