WE OBJECT to the approval for the above Saguaro Canyon Estates Subdivision AS IT RELATES TO OUR 30-ACRE PROPERTY, with its current transitional provisions, and provide the following comments: 1) Farwost agreed with Larkwood Homeowners to cut and rework buildable lots bordering their properties from 27 to 20, a 25% reduction -with an AVERAGE square footage of 13,268. THERE ARE NO STREET STUBS PLANNED. 2} Farwest's latest plat revision provides 7 lots bordering my properly, with an average square footage of 10,497. AND THERE TS A STREET STUB PLANNED. 3} AMORE CONSISTANT TRANSITION TO MY PROPERTY, WITH A STREET STUB, WOULD PROVIDE FOR EITHER a. 6 lots with an average square footage of 12,142 -still far less than Larkwood's, or b.
