Due to staffs late receipt of the revised preliminary plat for Saguaro Canyon
Subdivision, we were unable to review and provide comments for the continued
public hearing. As noted in Dave McKinnon's April 6, 2004 letter to the Mayor and
City Counal, a neighborhood meeting was held since the last public hearing and
several revisions were made to the plat Staff is requesting the Ciiy Counal continue
the public hearing on all three Saguaro Canyon applications to the April 20, 2004
City Counal meeting to allow us time to revise the P8Z Commission's
recommended conditions.
