Thank you for providing the staff report for Tuesday night's City Council hearing on Granton Square Subdivision.
We are in agreement with the staff report, but would like to clarify the following point:
Condition of Approval 1.2.2.c references the common lots to be constructed per an old plat. Please update this
condition to include the latest common lot numbers from the plat included with this staff report.

Attached are the Planning Et Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
Granton Square annexation and preliminary plat application . These items are scheduled to be on the City
Council agenda on 03/03/15. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning
at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
