A. Collection, Processing, and Shipment of Meridian’s Residential Recycling Stream-
Continuing Discussion and Analysis
1. Relevant contract and agreements affecting materials processing, shipping, and
financial remuneration; details thereof-Detailed analysis of the residential recycling
contract and its attachments between Republic Services and Western Recycling.
2. History of processing methodology and changes thereto (commingled/source-
separated); details thereof and financial impact.
3. History of shipping destinations and changes thereto; details thereof and financial
impact.
B. Review of Residential Recycling Revenue Received by the City-Continuing Discussion
and Analysis (Republic Svcs)
1. Review Past Years of “OBM” price index reports for off-shore commodities (Republic
Services) and compare with local/regional market pricing.
C. Valuation of Meridian’s Residential Recycling Stream – revised spreadsheet (gross v
net). (Republic Svcs)
D. Alternative processing and/or shipping options to regain revenue stream (Republic Svcs)-

6. New Business:
A. Update/Education on recycling (commodities) end markets (regional, value per
commodity mix over time, etc.) (Republic Svcs)-Continued from December 10, 2014 meeting

RECYCLING FACILITY, 1990 South Cole Road, Boise, ID 83709)
