This does not include the work that is being approved by ACHD because this will be included in the ACHD surety. 1. All material has already been purchased. 2. Labor for the following items is included: a. Lay sod at large planter east of the Garden Center b. Lay sod around a portion of the southern outlots (outlots A and B) c. Seed southern outlots and behind building d. Install cotoneasters and complete rock mulch north of Garden Center and TLE and at one landscape island in south parking lot e. Install rock mulch along the north property line and straighten the trees. 3. This includes six days of labor for a 5 man crew however we believe this scope of work will only take 4 days.
