Dear Mr. Bailey,
This Development is within the area of the City Urban Service Boundary. Water & Sewer
service are available for connection in the roadways adjacent to the above referenced property.
Our water distribution system can provide domestic water service, and the minimum required
fire flow (1500 GPM) to this development, and we can accept the sanitary sewage wastes for
treatment at our sewage treatment facility. These determinations have been made by use of a
computer models developed for our facility plans.
