Blue Marlin annexation application to City of Meridian

Brad,
Regarding the annexation of this properly to the Cily of Meridian, please note the following factors as a
consideration for future development:
It is in the interest of the region that we avoid further operational degradation to Eagle Road. Our current Access
Control Policy would not allow access to Eagle Road from this properly. A temporary or permanent access would
require a variance m the policy. It is not fikely that a vadance would be recommended because the site has
attemate access to Ustick Road.
We would also request that arty development plan consider the cross access needs of the several adjacent
parcels to the north, at [east to the mid mile point between Ustidc and McMillan. The design could include a
frontage road, backage road or an iMemal arculation plan. When the development is ready to move forward, we
would be available to meet with Meridian P8Z and ACHD to discuss the bast solutions for traffic dreulation for the
site and the adjacent properties.
