Subject: RE: Hill's Century Farm Subl FP-14-045
All,
We have reviewed the Hill's Century Farm Subdivision No. 1 FP-14-045 staff report, with its project analysis
and recommended conditions of approval. We concur with those conditions and recommendations and
request City Council approval by "consent"at its January 20th meeting.
(Even so, we have concerns with some of the City's general standards and requirements noted in the staff
report—including, but not limited to street lighting—that will be addressed separately with staff, apart from
this action. City Public Works staff assures me that our specific concern is currently being reviewed. Thus, if
changes in the City's standards and requirements occur as a result, we trust those modifications would become
applicable at whatever point in the project they occur.)
