Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Eight Mile Lateral courses through this proposed
project. All encroachments, landscaping, crossings, and discharge of drains, if any, must
be fully approved with a License Agreement in place before any construction is started.
The developer will be required to file a Land Use Change Application by contacting
Donna Moore at 466-7861.
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District does not oppose this project if the above listed
conditions have been addressed and completed.
