This error caused the Clerk's office to include the wrong property description on the public hearing notices sent the adjacent residences within 300 feet of the project. As a result of this error, Staff requests the Commission continue this application to January 15, 2015, so Staff can send out the new vicinity notices with the revised property description/address.
