RE: Sulamita Church (file #CUP -14-019)
Dear Commission,
With the transmittal of the Sulamita Church project (CUP -14-019), Staff inadvertently
included the incorrect property address on the project description. This error caused the
Clerk's office to include the wrong property description on the public hearing notices
sent the adjacent residences within 300 feet of the project. As a result of this error, Staff
requests the Commission continue this application to January 15, 2015, so Staff can send
out the new vicinity notices with the revised property description/address.
