This Department would recommend deferral until high seasonal ground water can be determined if other considerations indicate approval. ❑ 11. Cherry Lane. ITD has the following review comments: 1. ITD has no objection to this application and requires no mitigation. 2. The applicant should be aware of the future expansion of Hwy 16 west of McDermott Rd. in this vicinity. Future access to Hwy 16 would be limited to interchanges located at Franklin Rd. and at Ustick Rd. Access to the west of Hwy 16 on Cherry Lane will be maintained. Please contact Suzy Hewlett at 466-7861 for further information. Please be advised this property lies within NMID's boundaries contrary to information included in packet. All laterals and waste ways must be protected. NMID's Ten Mile Drain courses along the south boundary of this proposed project. The District's easement for the Ten Mile Drain in this area is one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50) each side of centerline. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site.
