Idaho Ave. Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: Scentsy Commons Subdivision Time Extension Dear Mayor and Council, As representative for Hot 1 LLLP, please accept this application for a time extension of the preliminary plat for the Scentsy Commons Subdivision. Scentsy Commons is located at 2701 E Pine Ave, which is on the Southwest corner of Eagle and Pine Streets in Meridian, Idaho. The Scentsy Commons Preliminary Plat was approved on December 18, 2012. On November 18, 2014, the Meridian City Council approved the Scentsy Commons Final Plat. The final plat has been signed by the Central District Health Department and is now in the process of being reviewed for signature at the Ada County Highway District. However, as the preliminary plat expiration date is December 18, 2014, there is not adequate time to get both the ACHD signature and the City Engineer's signature on the final plat prior to this expiration date. Therefore, we are requesting a one (1) year time extension to allow for adequate time to acquire all the signatures necessary to record the final plat.
