RE: Spurwing Rim Subdivision — Property Boundary Adjustment for Lots 7 and 8, Block 1 (PBA -14-015)
Dear Ms. McKay:
This letter is to confirm that the Director has tentatively approved your property boundary adjustment
application for the subject property. In accord with UDC 1 I -6B -8C.2, the applicant or owner shall have one
year to complete the following tasks:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey (ROS) recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustment as
approved;
c. Obtain a new tax parcel number from the Ada County assessor; and
d. Provide copy of the recorded record of survey, the recorded deed, and the new tax parcel number
to the Director.
Since the proposed property boundary adjustment is consolidating two (2) parcels into a single parcel, the
record of survey does not vacate the 10 -foot wide public utility, drainage and irrigation easements platted on
the shared boundary. This action will be completed once the vacation application and the resolution are
approved by City Council (file #VAC -14-006).
Upon determination by the Director that the final property boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC
11-613-8, a letter of approval will be issued. If you should have any further questions regarding this matter,

Project Narrative
The Club at SpurWing, LLC, is requesting a property boundary adjustment in conjunction with
easement vacations to combine Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, of SpurWing Rim Subdivision for
construction of one single-family home over the existing lot line. The plat was recorded in Book
107 of Plats at pages 14783-14785, Ada County, Idaho, and is located in Section 22, T4N., R.1 W.,
B.M., Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
The Club at SpurWing, LLC, has also requested vacation of the public utilities, irrigation and
drainage easement between Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, of SpurWing Rim Subdivision.

BEGINNING at a'/2 inch iron pin marking the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 1 of said
