Under the
MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN
CITY OF MERIDIAN (OWNER) AND LCA ARCHITECTS (CONSULTANT)
This Task Order is issued by City and accepted by the Consultant pursuant to the mutual
promises, covenant and conditions contained in the Master Agreement between the above
mentioned parties dated April 13, 2010.

RECORDS OFFICE RECONFIGURATION CONCEPTS
PURPOSE/SCOPE
Interior Soace Reconfiauration
Design Services to include the following: Consultant to provide three (3) concept layouts of front
reception, file, storage and data entry areas for review, including Opinion of Probable Cost for
each as a good better best format and One (1) final concept scheme for approval and owner's use
with corresponding cost estimate, including basic conceptual fumiture layouts and possible phased
plan.
Meetings: Consultant anticipates three (3) meetings, in Meridian, Idaho, with decision makers to
review concepts and materials, and revisions and recommendations for approval.
Items NOT included in this proposal are Construction Documents, installation walkthrough,
Construction Administration tasks, furniture delivery inspection. Owner to responsible for all Permit
costs. No finish material selections are included.
TIME OF COMPLETION
Consultant proposes to provide options for review and, contingent on timeframe of owner review
and comments, to complete materials within 30 days upon receipt of signed task order.
COMPENSATION
The Not -To -Exceed amount for this Task Order No. 10262 is twenty-six hundred dollars
($2,600.00). The hourly rates for services and direct expenses are per the Master Agreement.
Costs will be billed for actual time services are rendered up to the Not -to -Exceed amount. No
compensation will be paid over the Not -to -Exceed amount without prior written approval by the City
in the form of a Change Order.
