MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN
CITY OF MERIDIAN (OWNER) AND HYDRO LOGIC, INC (CONSULTANT)
This Task Order is made this 3P day of .' fit, .: , 2019 and entered into by and
between the City of Meridian, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of
Idaho, hereinafter referred to as "City", and accepted by HYDRO LOGIC INC hereinafter
referred to as "Consultant" pursuant to the mutual promises, covenant and conditions contained in
the Master Agreement between the above mentioned parties dated January 9, 2007. The Project
Name for this Task Order 06378 is as follows:

WELL 20B URANIUM SOLUTIONS
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope details continuing services for Task Order 0637a, Well 20-B Evaluation and Testing
Radiological Constituents in Ground Water. The work shall included geochemical Analysis of Well
20B including uranium sampling and flow monitoring to the outfall structure owned by Nampa
Meridian Irrigation District. Laboratory analytical fees and water quality instruments are included in
this task order.
DELIVERABLES
Consultant will prepare and deliver a report of experiment results to the City and to regulators to
obtain approval for the well reconstruction and operation. A hard copy, as well as a digital copy of
the uranium sampling analysis will be provided to detail the results of the installation of the screen
occlusion liner.
TIME OF COMPLETION
See "Attachment A"
COMPENSATION
The Not -To -Exceed amount for this Task Order No. 0637g is THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED FORTY SIX DOLLARS ($34,246.00) per "Attachment A". The hourly rates for services
and direct expenses are per the Master Agreement and by this reference made a part hereof.
Costs will be billed for actual time services are rendered up to the Not -to -Exceed amount. No
compensation will be paid over the Not -to -Exceed amount without prior written approval by the City
in the form of a Change Order.
