Dear Matt:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has reviewed the above-mentioned proposed project. The
plans do not cleazly address the revised pump station nor the storm water. The District needs
calculations on storm water retum (ie, What rate7). We base all of our return flows on twenty-
five (25) year flaws (after it has been cleaned up and retained onsite to predevelopment flows).
The Nine Mile Drain as well as the Ridenbaugh Canal courses along a portion of the northeast
boundary of this project, The plans show a portion of this being proposed as a park area, around
the Ridenbaugh Canal and over the Nine Mile Drain. Clearer plans with more detail aze required.
Agreements along with Discharge Agreements and Urban Irrigation Contract will be required
before Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District will give approval.
