The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Description:
The area of asphalt was more than calculated due to unstable material.
Reason for Change Order:
Upon excavating for the sewer installation the material was very sandy and unstable causing more roadway to be replaced than
originally anticipated.
