The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Description:
Replace a sewer manhole at the end of a sewer crossing with a T -Type cleanout.
Reason for Change Order:
Contractor was unable to install the above manhole due to conflicts with water and pressure irrigation and the constraint of the
right of way.
Attachments:
1. CO #7 from Brown Construction showing the net decrease in pricing regarding the installation of the T -Type cleanout.
2. Purchase Order Requisition Form
