The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Description:
Revise the type of asphaltic concrete (AC) for the areas that require restoration.
Reason for Change Order:
Ada County Highway District requires a different AC mix design for collector and arterial roads (Victory Road is) to a more
ruobust mix design that uses a more expensive asphalt emulsion and larger aggregates.
Attachments:
1. CO #6 from Brown Construction showing the Increase in pricing regarding the AC.
