The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Description:
Brown Construction will use the same Reliner Inside Drop/Manhole lining as approved at MH #4 to facilitate Construction of the
8" sewer crossing to the West at MH #2. This will allow a shallower line crossing and maintain the current position of the
adjacent power pole/transformer. At the current design depth the City of Meridian would incur the cost to have Idaho Power
temporarily move both the pole and transformer for construction of the 8" sewer line.
Reason for Change Order:
