The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Description:
Brown Construction will move MH#4 approximately 5-10If to the east to allow direct alignment with the outflow line from
Observation Point. This allows direct connection using the Reliner Inside Drop Assembly to MH#4. MH#4 would be lined using
the Spray Roc sealing system. This proposal would eliminate aprox. 73 If of 8" sewer pipe, 1 ea 48" MH; and aprox 59 If of
Type "P" surface restoration.
Reason for Change Order.
Realigns MH #4 with Observation Point Lift Station Gravity Line and provides cost savings to the project by not requiring the
extra materials to cross Victory Road. This CO also prevents having to close Victory Road,
