The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Description:
Compensation for extra work required to install the revised reclaimed water alignment.
Reason for Change Order:
Fiber optic cable was encountered when excavating for the bore pit to cross the Five Mile Creek. This cable was not marked by
Westel during the design of the project. This made it impossible to install the bore pit anywhere to enable crossing the Five Mile
Drain as originally planned. A re -design was accomplished which required more material and effort to be installed.
