The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Description:
Removal of 12" water main stubs from Contract - Locations are STA 62+86.00 an463+72.00
Although each stub being removed from the Contract has two valves apiece associated with it, only
three will be removed from the Contract. One vaive is to be installed at the east side of the tee for the
stub at 57+24.00
Excess blow -offs shall be salvaged to the Water Division
Reason for Change Order:
Neighboring property owners decided not to pay for these stubs.
Adjustments to Quantities:
Less 44 LF of 12" PVC
Less 3 12" Gate Valves
Less 2 "Relocate Blow-ofr'
