You are directed to provide a price quotation for the following change(s):
• Cap existing RAS line running along west side of buildings. Removal of pipe downstream of cap with
backfill/compaction as outlined in response to RFI #7. Confirm with plant staff prior to work that it is the
correct line being removed.
Exploratory excavation near pier locations for utility depth conflicts. Contractor to explore up to 7
locations as shown in attached sketch. City will not be charged for locations that are not excavated beyond
pier cap depths. Location 2 & S eliminated due to removal of RAS line that was in conflict with those
piers.
Purpose of Work Change Directive:
Response to RFI #7.
If a claim is made that the above change(s) have affected Contract Price or Contract Times any claim for a Change
order based thereon will involve one or more of the following methods of determining the effect of the change(s).
