PROJECT: VICTORY ROAD SEWER CONNECTOR TRUNK -
The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and
Plans.
Description: #1. Remove the requirement of the Contractor to pay Idaho Power for
temporarily relocating the power poles and seek reimbursement from the City. The City
will pay Idaho Power directly. #2 The City pay CabieOne directly for their share of the
costs for temporarily relocating the power poles. All other terms and conditions of
the Agreement remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to all scheduling
and coordination of all work including the above mentioned power pole relocation.
Reason for Change Order: To expedite Idaho Powers' temporary relocation of the power
poles.
