DESCRIPTION OF REASON FOR AMENDMENT: (Attach all relevant documentation detailing amendment?:
The water feature basin had to be widened to accommodate the basin drain. The widening lessened the planting area
on which the Pond Pump Vault and Pump Station Enclosure was originally designed to be built upon. This relocation
will accommodate the space needed for the Pond Pump Vault and Pump Station Enclosure.

$28,025.00" but I need a Not to Exceed amount. I realize this might have been a typo, can you
please revise your email and reseed to me? To clarify, the Not To Exceed amount is for the
work associated with the attachments.
