The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Desciption:
1) Removed additional 20 sf of asphalt to locate and replace water service.
2) Down time waiting for City to clean and camera sewer line found during construction.
3) Abandon 6" water line on 8th st. and tie over fire hydrant and new services to existing 8" line.
Reason for Change Order:
Additional work required to locatelreplaoe water service, clean and camera sewer line and abandon exisiting 6" water line.
