On behalf of both of the aforementioned entities, I would like to express our approval of the application VAC 14-006 for vacation of the 10 -foot wide public utility, drainage and irrigation (PUDI) easement along the shared lot lines of 7 & 8, Block 1 platted with the Spurwing Rim Subdivision generally located north of Chinden Boulevard and east of N.
