I am writing this letter in my capacity as the Managing Member of Spurwing Greens, LLC (the Declarant)
and President of The Estates at Spurwing Greens Homeowner's Sub -association. On behalf of both of
the aforementioned entities, I would like to express our approval of the application VAC 14-006 for
vacation of the 10 -foot wide public utility, drainage and irrigation (PUDI) easement along the shared lot
lines of 7 & 8, Block 1 platted with the Spurwing Rim Subdivision generally located north of Chinden
Boulevard and east of N. Jayker Way.
