TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please be advised that the Phyllis Canal exists on the north end of the subject property
from the top of bank along the south side of the Phyllis Canal.

There is a 20 foot easement
The above referenced easement is not to be vacated. This easement is for maintenance of the Phyllis Canal. All other
easements south of the above referenced 20 foot easement, is outside of Pioneer's jurisdiction, and therefore do not
apply to Pioneer Irrigation District.
NOTE: This letter does not authorize any construction to commence until all the necessary agreements with
Pioneer Irrigation District have boon executed and recorded.

Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application as it lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Settlers Irrigation at
344-2471 or at PO Box 7571, Boise, ID 83707.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Lrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.
