Subject: RE: Jericho Subdivision Groundwater Monitoring Reports
Dear Bill,
Thank you for you kind comment regarding my efforts to find a solution to the water issues in the Hightower
Subdivision and the Jerico land development area. I have talked with several people living in this area. Some
have allowed me to take pictures of their water -grade problems. Many have given me statements to help me
to find resolution to this serious problem. I spoke last night with a resident living on the Jerico Street
behind the Hightower Subdivision and the Jerico land area. He too has standing water at times on his
property. He has knowledge of this water problem with the irrigation ditch and water pumping systems in
this land area. He built his home and he told me he knows pipes can have leaks or water flowage problems
that may cause ground water to surface and cause a resident like myself to be greatly concerned. I will not
have much time at our meeting tonight to share all the stories of I heard by concerned people and about their
water problems. I hope my statement for further testing of the pipes and irrigation system will be viewed as
an important work order before CBH begins to build his lovely new homes on the Jerico land. In my opinion, I
feel CBH (Jerico) water was water trespassing on my home lot as well as on the lots of other people living in
the area. I also feel MGM Management were guilty of Water Trespassing on my property and on the property
of other residents living in this area. I believe D. R. Horton did not grade my lot properly, plus, I feel he also
did not grade some of the other lots in this Hightower Subdivision area correctly. I feel I have strong evidence
to support these causes of action. I believe I have evidence to prove Ed Caron with Woodhouse Group along
with D. R. Horton would have known about this existing water and grade problem prior to me purchasing this
investment house (rental home) in the Hightower Subdivision. I have a statement from a lady that looked at
my house to buy in June 2013. Remember, I bought my house in July 2013. 1 was never given a disclosure
statement by Ed Caron or D. R. Horton. At the time this lady looked at this house for sale in June
2013, she was not interested in buying a home with a water history. As you know, I have spent my own
money to fix this drain and water problem to the best of my ability. I finally sold this home last month for a
lower price than I wanted. I feel I have lost money on this investment due to these serious issues. This
statement is in my opinionlll I feel like a victim of FRAUDIII
Sincerely,
Kathy Peterson

Hello Bill,
Thank you for the October 10, 2006 groundwater status report for Jerico Street site. I am planning on my
scheduled five minute talk tomorrow night to request further testing to be done related to the underground
water issue on the Jerico site. One is not able to say for sure at this time in 2014, if my ground water
problem was "partly" a result of a water problem in the underground area of Jerico. Do you understand my
concern for my situation and the situations of others owning homes in this area?
Thank you for your time,
Kathy Peterson
