The plat was recorded in Book 107 of Plats at pages 14783-14785, Ada County, Idaho, and is located in Section 22, TAN., R.1 W., B.M., Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. The Club at SpurWing, LLC, requests vacation of the public utilities, irrigation and drainage easement between Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, of SpurWing Rim Subdivision to allow a property consolidation survey and construction of one (1) single-family home over the existing lot line. Note 2 of the plat is to be partially vacated/amended. The request includes partial vacation of Note 2 of the recorded plat, adding that the common lot line of Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, are not subject to the interior side lot line easement. Note 2 shall be modified to read: "2) Unless otherwise shown and dimensioned, all lots are hereby designated as having a permanent easement for public utilities, pressure irrigation and drainage over the five (5) feet adjacent to any interior side lot line (with the exception of the common lot line between Lots 7 and 8, Block 1), and over the ten (10) feet adjacent to any rear lot line or subdivision boundary.
