In accord with UDC 11-613-8C.2, the applicant or owner shall have one year to complete the following tasks: a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded; b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved; c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to the Director. Additionally, prior to final approval of the property boundary adjustment application, the applicant shall complete the following items within the one year time period: 1) Record a cross access agreement for the benefit of Parcel's 2, 3 and 4 to access S. Tech Lane across Parcel 1. A copy of the recorded cross access agreement shall be included with the items noted above; and 2) The applicant shall record the applicable water and sewer easements to serve Parcel's 2, 3 and 4. The applicant and/or assigns shall have the continuing obligation to comply with all previous approvals (PP - 07 -013, FP -14-07-036, CUP -14-009 and DA #114034780). Upon determination by the Director that the final property boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC 11-613-8, a letter of approval will be issued.
