Bill,
As we discussed on the phone, Brinegar Investments who is the developer of the proposed Earl Glen Subdivision located
at 1780 E. McMillan Rd would like to withdraw their applications. As requested by City staff, the developer is going to
see if they can incorporate some higher density residential uses in the property, instead of the neighborhood
commercial component currently shown.
Please cancel our upcoming public hearing and refund as much of the application fee as possible.
The developer will be removing the public notice sign that was installed last week.
We will be back in touch as we work to modify the layout for the project.
