This development is located quarter mile west of N. Locust Grove Road and eighth of mile south of E. Chinden Boulevard, adjoins Westborough Subdivision on the east, Arcadia Subdivision on the south and Hightower on the north. Jericho Subdivision contains 68 single family residential lots and 10 common lots, and two private driveway lots on 9.52 acres. This development is zoned R-4 and R-15 already has sewer, water, joint trench, and pressurized irrigation stubbed to accommodate the density and use. The plat was originally approved by Meridian City Council on August 21, 2007 This will be fourth time extension for this property. The last time extension for this development was granted on October 16`h, 2012. The housing market for the product in this subdivision has improved however, the applicant has many projects currently in different phases of completion has constantly monitor where the need for new lots is required.
